You know, the one that goes “I think I’m going to Boston” in the chorus. Well, that’s the chorus echoing in my head right now. Jason and I will be heading to Cambridge, MA soon to continue our work as Big Head Labs. We’ll be living there for a few months as part of Y Combinator’s funding program, working especially hard to get our startup off on the right track. Excited? You bet I am. I love California, but living on the east coast for a while is going to be a great experience. Probably within the next couple weeks, we’ll be flying out there to find a place to live. I hear Harvard Square or Davis Square is the ideal place to live; if anyone else has suggestions, let us know.

In the meantime, there won’t be much laurel-resting though. We’ve both taken time off school to devote more time to Disqus and we hope to be releasing more info about it soon. And just a couple minutes ago, I got off the phone with a recruiter from Apple. I told her that, unfortunately, I could not accept their job offer. I said “unfortunately” but, really, there’s nothing unfortunate about it.
